Certificate II in Split Air-conditioning and Heat Pump Systems

This course is for Unrestricted Licenced Electricians and teaches you to assemble, position and start up single-head split air-conditioning units and systems to a prescribed routine. This included wall hung, floor and ceiling suspended, cassette and ducted fan coil split systems and water heating. Student will be required to apply for a Trainee Refrigerant Handling Licence prior to attending the course.

Course Details:

Content Delivery: This course consists of a theory component which requires around 8 hour of study time before the 2 day face-to-face practical at our Training Centre. Post training you will be required to complete an install and be signed off by a Supervisor who holds a Certificate II in Air-Conditioning or higher with an Arctick Licence.

Requirements: Prior to enrolment into this course it is the students responsibility to check their individual state Licencing requirements to ensure they are able to receive the outcome they are wanting to achieve.
